Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

PCPbyME stands firm in our commitment to cruelty-free practices and offers a range of vegan products. We’re dedicated to ethical skincare, allowing you to feel good about the products you use daily.

How should I store the eye cream and anti-aging serum?

For optimal use, we recommend storing the PCPbyME eye cream and anti-aging serum on your countertop, where they’re easily visible daily. This practice encourages consistent application, which is crucial for achieving and maintaining the best results. Remember, making skincare a regular part of your routine may take some time, but as you start noticing the benefits, you’ll embrace the new “ME” you’ve discovered.

Are there any side effects of using the eye cream or anti-aging serum?

While our eye cream and anti-aging serum are formulated to be gentle and effective for most users, there are a few considerations to ensure the best experience:

•⁠ ⁠Instant Eye Cream Overuse: Applying too much of the Instant Eye Cream may result in a white residue under the eyes. If this occurs, gently remove the excess product with a washcloth and water.

•⁠ ⁠Product Mixing: It’s important not to mix the Instant Eye Fix directly with the nighttime eye cream. Doing so could potentially cause inflammation, redness, or even a slight burning sensation. We recommend using these products separately as directed for optimal results and to avoid any adverse reactions.

•⁠ ⁠Mixing with Other Products: We advise against combining our products with other brands. Our formulations are designed to work harmoniously together, and mixing them with external products could alter their effectiveness and lead to skin irritation.

By following the application guidelines and avoiding mixing different products, you can enjoy the benefits of our eye cream and anti-aging serum without undesirable side effects.

How do I use ME’s skincare products correctly?

Micro Infusion Roller:

The Micro Infusion Roller is designed for use twice a week, ideally during your nighttime skincare routine. This timing is recommended because the treatment may cause temporary redness of the skin, which can take a few hours to subside. Before each use, please ensure the roller is clean to maintain hygiene. After use, the roller head should be replaced to ensure effectiveness and prevent irritation. Your monthly package includes 8 microneedle heads, allowing regular replacement after each session. This careful use will help maximize the benefits of micro-needling, contributing to a more youthful and radiant complexion over time.

Daily Eye Serum:

For everyday care, the Daily Eye Serum should be applied twice daily—once in the morning and once in the evening. To apply, start by washing your hands thoroughly. Then, dispense a few drops of the serum into your palm. Gently rub the serum onto your face, neck, and forehead, ensuring even coverage. This serum is formulated to rejuvenate your skin, providing hydration and reducing signs of aging with regular use.

When can I expect a response to my email?

We’ll aim to reply within 48 hours. Due to rapid growth, response times may vary, especially during peak periods like product launches or promotions.

Do you offer any subscription services or loyalty programs?

Yes, PCPbyME provides subscription services, enabling our valued customers to save up to 15% on regular purchases. Our subscription model ensures you never run low on essential skincare items while enjoying exclusive savings.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@pcpbyme.com as soon as possible. Use “Cancel” in the subject line along with your order number. Ensure the email matches the one used to place the order. While we can’t promise cancellation after an order is placed, we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot update the shipping address. If you need to change an address, please contact us right away, and we’ll try to cancel the order. While cancellation cannot be guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help you. Should your order be returned to us, we’re happy to reship it or provide a refund. Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders delivered to the original address provided.

Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, PCPbyME does not offer gift cards. We are exploring this option and hope to provide them in the future. Stay tuned!
What forms of payment do you accept?

PCPbyME accepts a variety of payment options for your convenience. We welcome Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Additionally, PayPal and Apple Pay are supported for seamless transactions. Just so you know, we cannot process prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet; we plan to in the 2nd half of 2024.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all US orders over $89.00. International orders to specified regions qualify for free shipping on purchases over $100 in local currency.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed by 1 PM EST are processed the same day.
When will my order arrive?

Ground and Free Shipping will be delivered in 3-7 business days after processing. FedEx 2-Day orders arrive two business days after processing. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
